Hahaha! WEIRD! Maybe the milk cap was distorted or bent? And maybe sitting outside of the fridge caused it to contract even more until it popped off! That's just a theory. :P

That would have scared me as well! That is really strange that the cap came off like that. Maybe there was a lot of pressure inside? :/

I will agree that milk caps shouldn't pop and fly! I'd be freaked out too :P I can't believe it happened more than once!
