First off let me tell you that your bogging is by far the best I've ever come upon. Your wording is always soperfect and proper. I love reading your blogs, cause in my mind, I find them to be perfect.

Now to go upon your post, I agree 100%. Being paid to post a blog entry is not a crime and in no way lowers anyones blog site. In some peoples eyes, sure it does, but this is an excellent opportunity for many people. Why not get paid for doing something you like? Seriously... this oh so high class blogger needs to examine many more areas of his topic before bad mouthing it.

Wow. This Pay Per Post thing is actually very intrigueing - I've never heard of anything like it before. I agree with you that that person was being far too drastic in displaying his opinions for the company... For every single one of your points I agree. I couldn't have put it any better. I am a random blogger too... I wonder what in the world is his problem?

I've never hear dof payperpost either, but it's something I must check out! And I totally agree on the randomness being a good thing, I saw my blog as something others should read, and not something that I should write. For myself. i do now though, so I just write what's on my mind now, and not for everyone else. If ppl want to comment, fine :) And calling someone the devil is really low, especially if you don't know him. And for such nonsense.

That pay-per-post site seems like a very good idea to me. Although, personally, I would feel pressured if I did something like that. I've had enough from our school paper.

That blogger does come off as snobbish for condemning bloggers who get paid to post. What's wrong with making a little money out of a hobby? Nothing. It's even a good thing if you can earn something from something you like to do. And what's wrong with being random in a blog too? Nothing. Gah, the whole concept of blogging is to express yourself.

I'd never heard of the get pay to blog thing, and having had a poke around the site I can't see anything wrong with it. It gives people a chance to earn a bit of extra cash - it'd be perfect for say, mothers with newborn babies and so on.

I agree entirely about a blog being personal, and that nobody should dictate how it should be written or what should be written. I don't think anyone has a right to decide what makes one blog better than another - simply because a blog is a highly personal thing.

I checked the site and it looks like a perfect place for most bloggers who look for some extra money to pay their hosting. I wish I were in the States so that I could sign up. :)

Famous bloggers do not always have their points. This guy is taking blogging too seriously that he thinks blogging should be like Nobel-prize winning literature. Many famous writers start making money by writing random things because they want to get money for their bigger projects. I see no point in objecting to a concept like that.

This guy sounds like a jerk. I agree on everything you said. Just because he's a famous blogger doesn't mean he can decide what we should or should not do. He has no rights to tell us what to do >=( We can write whatever we want and he should mind his own business

I haven't read the guy's post, so I can't really say anything for sure, but .. "All Our Blogs Are Belong To Us"? Yeah, that doesn't really make sense. Haha.

Some of your buttons images look widely stretched, but most of them are lovely (and the ones on the last page are cute). Your scribbles are VERY adorable too, especially the pink bunny with strawberries. Eek! I just want to huggle it. Tehe.

I signed up for that Whuddleworld thing. It looks interesting. (Yeah, have you realized by now that I have a fetish for cute little pixelly things in bright happy pastel colors? Eh.)

Anyways, you have a gorgeous site here, and I definitely enjoyed my stay. =)

I have nothing against PayPerPost. I think it's a rather good idea. I would sign up if I had paypal and if I was 18.

But you're right. Randomness isn't bad. Actually, a lot of good thoughts and points come out of randomness.

Blogs should come out the way the author wants it, not how the viewers want to see it. It seems as if this guy is setting specific guidelines on how blogs SHOULD be like.

He seems like a real jerk.

oh, yes I do have the spyware/ad-free program on my computer (it was installed long time ago) maybe it has expired or something =\ do you know how I can update?? it since im horrible at using them x_x

I've been a PPP member for a little over a month now and because of them I've made about $140, considering I work a 12-18 hour day, it's nice to have a free $140 for a quick five minutes of blogging. There is no 'blog master' nor is there a written handbook on the proper way to blog. You post about whatever you're feeling at that point in time. If you happen to link to something that's pay-related then that's your own business. It's those who look down their noses which give bloggers, as a whole, a bad name - period. It works on any level of blogging, whether you get 10 hits or 10,000 hits a day - you're still no better than anyone else in the world. You're still being paid for your opinion, the same way advertisers have been doing it for DECADES before the blog world showed up.

I think that guy just needed something to talk about. He fails to realize that people write for money all the time. Book authors, newspaper writers, etc. Whether it be premeditated stories or just thoughts from someone's head, it's damned near the same thing. Alot of the things we read today are not just fact based stories, they're mixed in with the opinions and experiences of people who write them too.

Wow, the payperpost thing sounds interesting! I would definitely do it, but I'm not 18, and some of the topics, I may not know anything about. Hopefully it will still be up in a couple of years, and be on CNN or something! Yeah, I don't really believe that people can criticize people that they don't even know. I mean, I know it's a habit among us people to do the same to celebrities, but I can see where we come from when we say things like that. Sometimes people just make a horrible image for themselves, and it causes us to talk about them a lot, but in this situation, I think this programs outputs are equal to, or even greater than the input. So you can't really say anything horrible about it, unless you were scammed, of course. Take care, and very intriguing post!

I think you're right. Just because he has a huge blog doesn't mean everyone does. The pay oer oist thing I've heard about. It sounds interesting, maybe I'll look into it more later.
