OMG, definately put locks on and look out the window before answering the door. I would get your brother a new phone and new number. You never know what she might end up doing. Just playit safe.

omigosh LOL she is quite scary...but in all honesty you should definitely get her some help...

there's no knowing what she may do, and someone should be taking care of her...! i used to be a volunteer coach at special olympics for the mentally disabled...and i know very well how it's like to deal with them..

getting her help solves ur problem...and maybe hers...(well..not really).

Now I thought I have had some nieghbor freaks in my time, but your's has surpassed it. :dizzy: That lady has some mental issues and someone should take her to the hospital or something.

I once had a woman for a neighbor who would walk around with all of her clothes in grocery sacks, and scream at the neighborhood kids at the top of her lungs for absolutely no reason at all. I called the cops once and they said "I'm sorry ma'am, but she's just yelling. We can't lock her up for being nuts".

I was sitting there thinking "The hell you can't."

This wasn't the ghetto. The mayor lived on the otherside of me.

I just gave up and moved. The psycho even managed to harass my cat through the front windows.

Wow, psycho girls actually sounds extremely frightening. I would bolt up my house if such a girl lived in my neighborhood. Now what I would find scary is waking up in the middle of the night with this girl curled up in ball in the corner of your room crying. The image alone scares me. Have fun, going insane. I know the cross-over is hard but once you start hearing voices it gets to be a lot of fun. Welcome to the crazy side.

Now THAT'S creepy. The girl is mentally insane from what I read in your blog, and she really does need help. I knew a girl that lived next door to my best friend who was the same way, she was always "convinced" that she was we were out to plot something against her. She'd even follow my friend and I where ever we went! Your neighbor needs guidence. 50 times a day?!!?! OMG, that is too much, she probably needs a lot of counseling. Let me tell you this, I've been thorough it myself, and I hated it and I do believe even I went insane for awhile trying to make that person stop. But hey, it is true, once you hear voices, it's all fun. Technically we are all insane, only some a lot more than othes. I wish you the best.

Well, I do not think that the way she walks into your house and such makes her psycho, I think it makes her rude and inconsiderate. That's about it.
